ITINERARY
Day 01 – Arrival – City Tour – Check In Hotel
Meet and greet at airport then proceed for a city tour. Among the must see is the TunMustaphaBuilding (formerly known as SabahFoundationBuilding - an architectural marvel as one of the few hanging structures in the world); the ChineseBuddhistTemple and pass through the magnificent site of the State Mosque with its majestic domes aligned with gold motifs.
After city tour, check into hotel, then free at your own leisure by night
Day 02 – Breakfast – Poring Hot Spring – Lunch – Kinabalu Park – Kota Kinabalu Hotel (B/L)
After breakfast, take an adventurous 2 hour drive across mountainous Crocker Range with views of rolling hills and lush green countryside up to Kundasang where you will be amazed by the majestic Mount Kinabalu, the fourth tallest mountain in South East Asia, proceed to Poring Hot Springs which is about 1 hour drive from the resort where you can dip in the revitalizing hot sulfuric springs which is said to have healing properties for the skin. In Poring, one can also experience the walk across the 41meter high Canopy Walkway which will provide you with a canopy view of the Borneo Rainforest flora and if one is lucky spot wildlife which habituates the area. Then, you shall return to the resort for lunch and proceed to the famed Kinabalu Park, a World Heritage Site and a sanctuary to thousands species of flora and fauna, haven for researchers and enthusiasts. Here, you have an option to go on a guided tour of the MountainGarden which is one of the many different types of nature trails in the park. Onway back to KotaKinabaluCity, stop over at Nabalu Handicraft Centre then proceed to check into hotel. Free at your own leisure at night.
Day 03 – Breakfast – Lokawi Wildlife – Hotel – Free & Easy (B)
In the morning, takes only 30 minutes to reach to the world’s one and only look alike mankind mammal, The Orang Utans. The Orang Utans which originally come from the island of Borneo is an extinction mammal and can only spot it lives in LokKawiWildlifePark.LokKawiWildlifePark allows you to gaze at The Orang Utans in their natural habitat and “show business” which will lift up your visit. Visitors could also capture an unforgettable vacation through enchanting pictures with The Orang Utans.
Day 04 – Breakfast – Free & Easy – Departure (B)
After breakfast, free at your own leisure till transfer back to the Airport for departure.
